1. Introduction Welcome to ZANMANG LOOPY DROPS (the “Service”), operated by BLOCORE PTE. LTD(“Blocore”). in collaboration with Tidal Ocean Explorer Inc (“Hooked”) under an official license. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you may not use the service.

2. Description of ServiceZANMANG LOOPY DROPS is a free-to-mint NFT collection built on the Chromia blockchain, powered by the officially licensed IP of Zanmang Loopy. The NFTs have no inherent utility or financial value and are intended solely for entertainment, collection, and fandom engagement purposes.

3. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this service.

4. Wallet & Blockchain Interaction To use the service, you must connect a compatible wallet and create a Chromia account. All transactions on the blockchain are irreversible. You are solely responsible for managing your private keys and wallet security.

5. Minting Policy Minting is unlimited and free of charge, including gas fees. NFT rarity and traits are determined algorithmically and randomly.

6. Ownership and Intellectual Property (IP) This section outlines the rights you have as an NFT owner and the rights retained by the project operators and the original IP holder.

• 6.1. Your Ownership and License:
  • When you mint a ZANMANG LOOPY DROPS NFT, you own the underlying token. This ownership grants you a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to display the artwork for your NFT for personal, non-commercial use only.
• 6.2. Project and IP Ownership:

  • The underlying intellectual property, including all copyrights and trademarks of the "Zanmang Loopy" character and artwork, is owned by

    Iconix Co., Ltd..

  • BLOCORE PTE. LTD. holds an official, non-exclusive license from Iconix Co., Ltd. to create and distribute NFTs based on this IP.

  • Tidal Ocean Explorer Inc (Hooked) operates this Service through a business collaboration with Blocore, and holds ownership over the specific NFTs created for this collection.

  • Your ownership of the NFT does not grant you any commercial rights or license to the underlying IP.

When displaying the artwork in contexts where attribution is permitted, you agree to indicate the original author and copyright holder as follows:
